Daily Routine

I usually do this right after I do my morning care lol

  • Stretching for 5 mins
  • Dance for 5 mins
  • 60 reps of biceps and triceps weight lifting thing lol
  • 15 squats
  • 15 lunges
  • 100 crunches 
  • 10 reps of ass toning thing lol
  • 10 reps of hamstring toning thing lol

Food:

Breakfast:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 whole wheat (12 grains) toasted with butter
  • Banana

Lunch:

  • Soup with lots of veggies

OR

  • Grilled Pork chop (fat removed and no salt added) with lots of veggies

Dinner:

  • Sandwhich
  • Yogurt
  • Fruits

Snack:

  • Fruits
  • Crackers
  • WATER. WATER. WATER
