Daily Routine
I usually do this right after I do my morning care lol
- Stretching for 5 mins
- Dance for 5 mins
- 60 reps of biceps and triceps weight lifting thing lol
- 15 squats
- 15 lunges
- 100 crunchesÂ
- 10 reps of ass toning thing lol
- 10 reps of hamstring toning thing lol
Food:
Breakfast:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole wheat (12 grains) toasted with butter
- Banana
Lunch:
- Soup with lots of veggies
OR
- Grilled Pork chop (fat removed and no salt added) with lots of veggies
Dinner:
- Sandwhich
- Yogurt
- Fruits
Snack:
- Fruits
- Crackers
- WATER. WATER. WATER
