Rain + Snow = Worst combination ever
I was on my way to the bus stop by 6:10 am today to go to the hospital for my FIRST DAY (12 hour shift). Then it happened. The “thing” that I’ve been good at for living in Canada for 7 years went to the drainage. I FREAKING SLIPPED! My hips hurts sooooo much! I think I woke my whole neighbour ‘coz I screamed (lol). I got up and what do you know? I couldn’t walk without my hips hurting. I tried walking to the bus stop, I made it but the pain didn’t go away. and I was thinking I will not survive my 12 hour shift if I have this massive pain. I survived walking home and another slip-and-fall injury (whew). Called the hospital and told my teacher that I’m not gonna make it.
I hate this. It looks so bad. I mean its my first day and I can’t make it already. Dammit! I feel a lot better now btw, thanks ice pack!
